Partner Privacy Policy

← Back to Login
Effective Date: March 2026
This Partner Privacy Policy outlines how Relocentro Technologies collects, processes, and protects personal and institutional data related to participating universities, education agencies, and partner organizations.

1. Partner Information We Collect

To establish institutional accounts and maintain secure portal operations, Relocentro collects specific partner data including:

  • Official institutional details, university accreditations, and business registrations.
  • Authorized representative contact details (names, institutional emails, phone numbers, and staff titles).
  • Authentication logs, IP addresses, dashboard session activities, and API interaction metrics.

2. Use of Student Data & Purpose Limitation

Partner institutions are granted conditional access to applicant profiles, academic transcripts, and relocation documents strictly for evaluating admissions and processing program enrollments inside Relocentro. Partners agree that:

  • Student records accessed through the Partner Portal remain the confidential property of the applicant and Relocentro.
  • Student data must not be harvested, exported to external CRMs, or used for unauthorized promotional activities.
  • Extracting student phone numbers, email addresses, or personal social media handles for off-platform solicitation is strictly forbidden.

3. Strict Data Isolation & Unmediated Contact Prohibition

Partners are legally bound to process candidate data exclusively through secured Relocentro portal infrastructure. Bypassing portal privacy layers to contact candidates directly via private phone, personal email, or external social media platforms constitutes an intentional data breach under applicable data privacy frameworks (GDPR & FERPA), incurring mandatory platform termination and financial liability.

4. Data Security & Encryption Standards

Relocentro employs enterprise-grade row-level security (RLS), end-to-end transport layer encryption (TLS 1.3), and strict role-based access control (RBAC). Partner accounts must implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and ensure security credentials are not shared across unverified personnel.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Institutional logs and partner account records are retained for the duration of the partner agreement. Upon contractual termination, access to applicant data pools is immediately revoked, and unlinked partner credentials are archived or purged in accordance with statutory retention mandates.

6. Privacy Compliance Office

For data privacy audits, FERPA/GDPR compliance inquiries, or reporting suspected data compromises, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@relocentro.com.
