← Back to Login
Effective Date: March 2026
These Partner Terms & Conditions govern the commercial and operational relationship between Relocentro and participating institutional partners, universities, agencies, and academic organizations.
⚠️ CRITICAL DIRECT CONTACT & SOLICITATION RESTRICTION Institutional partners strictly agree not to initiate unmediated off-platform contact with applicants. All communications must remain strictly within official Relocentro channels. Direct solicitation or private engagement constitutes a severe breach of contract resulting in immediate legal action and statutory financial penalties.

1. Qualification and Portal Access

Access to the Relocentro Partner Portal is granted exclusively to verified institutional representatives, university admission teams, and authorized recruitment partners. Relocentro reserves the right to audit credentials and reject or suspend partner accounts that fail to meet compliance or accreditation standards.

2. Prohibition of Off-Platform & Personal Communication

To safeguard student privacy and preserve platform integrity, partner institutions, their recruiters, employees, and sub-agents are strictly prohibited from contacting or communicating with students outside of the designated Relocentro Portal communication tools.

  • Prohibited Outlets: Personal or direct emails, telephone calls, SMS/WhatsApp text messaging, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any personal social media platforms.
  • Exclusivity: All inquiries, document requests, interviews, and official updates regarding applications must be transmitted solely through official Relocentro dashboard tools.

3. Legal Consequences & Financial Liability

Any violation of Section 2 (Off-Platform Communication) or circumventing the Relocentro ecosystem will trigger immediate administrative and legal procedures:

  • Immediate Suspension: Permanent revocation of institutional portal access, pending balances, and active candidate referrals.
  • Statutory Fine: The partner shall be liable to pay a contractual non-compliance penalty fine per unauthorized student contact incident, alongside legal expenses incurred.
  • Legal Proceedings: Relocentro reserves the right to initiate formal litigation for breach of contract, tortious interference, and data privacy violations under applicable commercial laws.

4. Student Data Privacy & FERPA Compliance

Partners granted access to student applications, transcripts, and personal profiles must treat all data as strictly confidential. Partner institutions agree to:

  • Use student data solely for evaluating admissions, relocation eligibility, or academic placement inside Relocentro.
  • Comply with international data protection regulations including GDPR, FERPA, and local privacy laws.
  • Refrain from selling, exporting, or redistributing applicant records to unverified third parties.

5. Accuracy of Institutional Postings

Partners are responsible for ensuring that all program details, tuition fees, visa requirements, and deadlines displayed on Relocentro are accurate and up to date. Misleading program listings or unfulfilled placement guarantees will result in account termination.

6. Account Security & Key Safeguards

Partners are assigned unique credentials and security keys. Sharing portal credentials across unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited. Any suspected security breach must be reported to the Relocentro security operations team within 24 hours.
