Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 2026 | Last Updated: March 2026
1. Scope and Application
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and consultation offerings provided by Relocentro ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our portal, scheduling a consultation, or retaining our strategic advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of Advisory Services & Legal Disclaimer
Relocentro provides strategic advisory, corporate expansion guidance, educational pathway matching, and relocation facilitation for individuals and corporate entities entering the German market:
- Independent Consultancy: Our guidance is advisory in nature and does not constitute formal statutory legal advice or certified tax counsel (Rechtsberatung / Steuerberatung). Official legal representation must be engaged through accredited German legal counsel.
- Government Authority Decisions: While Relocentro optimizes visa application strategies and documentation structures, final decisions regarding visa issuing, work permits, or corporate registry approvals remain solely within the jurisdiction of official authorities (Ausländerbehörde, Embassies, or Trade Registers).
3. Client Cooperation & Obligations
The success and timeliness of relocation advisory depend upon active client participation and accuracy of records:
- Accuracy of Submitted Data: Clients warrant that all academic transcripts, employment histories, business background records, and financial disclosures provided to Relocentro are true, authentic, and complete.
- Document Deadlines: Timely compliance with requested verification documents, notarizations, and translation tasks is required to maintain agreed service schedules.
4. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
Service fees, payment milestones, and retainer arrangements are specified within separate formal Service Agreements or invoices issued directly to the client:
- Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless distinct installment terms are agreed upon in writing. Third-party administrative or government application fees are borne directly by the client.
- Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal: Statutory consumer withdrawal rights under EU directives apply to initial online service bookings where applicable prior to service execution.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All original media content, software scripts, brand graphics, visual branding assets, and proprietary relocation guidelines published on this platform are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Relocentro. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable German legislation (BGB), Relocentro shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, delay charges caused by government processing bottlenecks, or decisions rendered by third-party regulatory bodies.
7. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
